This gown has been made for Lucia Danube, Miss Republica Dominicana for Miss America Latina Contest
his gown features a slim skirt with a ruffled bottom piece. Delicate flowers decorate one side of the skirt and the opposite side shoulder. A satin sash wraps the waist enhancing the feminine silhouette.
I choose a very bright palette of colors for these gowns, thinking of the spring that is coming
