his gown has been made for Lucia Danube, Miss Republica Dominicana for Miss America Latina Contest. Named after her rl daughter, this gown features a slim skirt with a ruffled bottom piece. Delicate flowers decorate one side of the skirt and the opposite side shoulder. A satin sash wraps the waist enhancing the feminine silhouette.
